Did you know that eclipse's diff as well as highlighting the line that has changed, will also highlight the specific charactors on that line that are different?
Eclipse's diff has two sets of arrow buttons and they do different things. The 'select next change' down arrow is the one you want. It will first highlight the line with the change and when pressed again, it will highlight the differences on that line.
